This site in the village of Lower Froyle was previously occupied by four older properties, now demolished to make way for this development of eight new dwellings for the Radian group. The development now offers two bungalows, and six houses, and sitting on a sloping site within an established community.
The buildings have been designed and constructed using timber frames, and are highly insulated with PV installations fitted resulting in high energy efficiency.
The surrounding landscaped area includes a designated refuge for the conservation of an existing slow-worm population.
