As part of the Merstham Regeneration Programme, Raven Housing Trust appointed ABD Builders to design and construct 10 two and three bedroom houses, each finished to Raven Housing Trust's high quality standards and integrating with the surrounding existing properties through careful design and thoughtful layout. Purbeck Close is the third phase of a major residential development adjacent to Fieldoaks Way. This was the second project we have secured under this programme the first being the £2.4m Iron Horse development.
The works consisted of the design and construction of 10 two and three-bedroom houses and associated external works and drainage—the final phase of the Purbeck Close development. Site access was through an existing earlier phase of the estate so traffic management plans were put in place and good communications were maintained with existing residents. The project was completed on time and within budget.
