The new convenience food store has been let to CO-OP the other units are now occupied by a chemist, bookmaker and dry cleaners, whilst the 10 shared equity flats are being managed by Raven Housing Trust.

The new structure consists of a steel frame with load bearing masonry internal walls and precast concrete floors, traditional pitched roof and brick elevations with aluminium windows. Each of the flats has enhanced sound insulating properties and high levels of thermal insulation. The project was completed on time and on budget.
