This medium-density scheme occupies a 0.21 hectare site on the corner of Elm Grove and Bennetts Road in Horsham.

After demolition of the existing buildings, (six semi-detached houses), the site now contains an L-shaped development of 18 x one and two-bedroom flats and 3 x three-bedroom houses.  The site also includes 2 x waste/recycling stores and a cycle store.  New access from Elm Grove was provided and the building incorporates an undercroft giving access to the landscaped private parking area for 25 cars at the rear.

The building itself is of traditional construction and incorporates mixed materials, different roof levels, and a design of projections and set backs to add rhythm and interest.
