Completion: August 2020
Contract: JCT Design & Build (2016)
A low-density development of affordable housing for English Rural Housing Association on a rural exception site on the outskirts of Dunsfold village, near Godalming, Surrey.
The development provides 1 x one-bed flat, 1 x two-bed flat, 2 x two-bed houses and 4 x three-bed houses. All units are two-storey and elevations include red multi-stock brick, sweet chestnut weatherboarding and tile-hanging. Materials have been chosen to blend sympathetically with the surrounding buildings. The site had several good quality boundary trees and these have been retained to provide a green buffer between the new development and nearby listed buildings.
