New Scheme at Blackwell Farm, East Grinstead

We're pleased to have won another affordable housing scheme in East Grinstead - this time for the Guinness Partnership Limited.  The scheme utilises a parcel of unused land previously owned by Mid Sussex District Council and will provide 6 x three-bed and 4 x two-bed semi-detached houses. Existing trees will be retained, with further planting to create a green barrier to the adjacent Blackwell Farm Road.  The development mix comprises 7 units for affordable rental and 3 units for shared ownership and will help to address a shortage of affordable housing in the area.
