May 2018 - Marshall Place Development Underway

ABD Builders have started construction on land on the western side of Marshall Place, New Haw, Addlestone, Surrey. The development comprises 10 x two and three bedroom, semi-detached, high-specification properties for sale by Runnymede Borough Council.  Each dwelling will be built to 'Secure by Design' standards, will have a private rear garden, and will be fully wheelchair-accessible throughout the ground floor.

Our technical department have engineered a surface water drainage strategy to handle all water at source, thereby alleviating the need for mechanical ventilation within the properties.  This has been achieved by using a range of sustainable drainage techniques, including interconnecting private soakaways and attenuation tanks and a fully-permeable highway system.

Due for completion in May 2019.
