July 2018 - Ockford Ridge Development Handing Over

Waverley Borough Council have undertaken an ambitious investment programme to improve the Ockford Ridge Estate for the benefit of existing and future residents. As part of the regeneration plans for the area, ABD Builders were appointed for the design and build of this development of 16 affordable housing units, (six two/three bedroom houses and ten one/two bedroom flats). We are proud to have been able to achieve very high standards of finish within the budget, with soft-close kitchen cabinets, higher specification flooring and Eternit external cladding.

ABD Builders is committed to helping the local community wherever possible. In Godalming we supported cycle training at Green Oak School, and were able to help with the annual maintenance of the Scout & Guide HQ and St Mark's Community Centre buildings.
