Intermediate Floor

The intermediate floors are constructed of heavy timber joists with 1 layer of heavy-duty particle board fixed at the factory. Floor sections are designed to accommodate the application of a floor screed; this permits the use of underfloor heating to the first floor of houses as well as flats should it be required.
