Bay House & Barn Close, Bracknell

We're very pleased to have been awarded the Pre-Construction Service Agreement on the above development for Silva Homes.

The scheme will clear two-dated residential sites and provide a total of 57 new homes for affordable rent.  Bay House will be a five and six-storey block containing 32 homes, and Barn Close will provide 2 x three-storey blocks containing a further 25 homes.  Both developments will be certified Passivhaus standard, featuring communal air source heat pumps and MVHR.  Site start is anticipated to be within one year.
