A scheme to provide 23 new dwellings within 5 village sites for Waverley Borough Council. These developments form part of Waverley's Housing Strategy (2018-2023), and will provide affordable and sustainable council housing for local people.

The five sites, all within the village of Chiddingfold, are currently occupied by garage blocks and/or outdated housing.  Clearance and redevelopment will provide the following new housing for WBC tenants:

Hartsgrove -     3 x three-bed houses and 2 x two-bed houses
Pathfield A -      2 x one-bed flats and 4 x two-bed houses
Pathfield B -      3 x two-bed houses, 1 x two-bed flat and 1 x one-bed flat
Queen's Mead - 4 x two-bed houses, 2 x two-bed flats and 2 x one-bed flats
Turner's Mead - 2 x two-bed houses
