Existing substandard retirement accommodation was cleared to make way for this new development for Affinity Sutton (Clarion) housing association. The scheme provides 8 x two-storey semi-detached or terraced houses and 6 x one-bedroom flats in a three-storey block. Originally, the 0.25 hectare site had pedestrian only access with parking on the street. The new development will include 23 well-lit, landscaped car parking spaces and a new access road off Quarry Rise. It is directly opposite similar works at Dart Court, which we are also undertaking for the same Client.
