Wall Panels

The panel make up can be manufactured in three different ways to accommodate the exterior finish of the building with the common structure being the timber studwork and insulation.

1. Hard surfaced Gypsum fibreboard internal and external skins ready to receive cladding in the form of timber boards or brick slips.
2. Hard surfaced Gypsum fibreboard to internal and external skins with an additional layer of hard insulation to take render, the first coat being applied in the factory.
3. Hard surfaced Gypsum fibreboard inner skin and an external layer of heavy duty Tyvek to take a traditional skin of brickwork

If a building is rendered externally, the first coat is factory applied with the finishing coat applied on site once the building has been erected.

Where an external cladding such as timber is to be applied the cladding is fitted in the factory.
