In respect of Dukes Barn please pass on our gratitude to Mark Wilkins, Dick Jennings and the team on achieving zero defects and the quality of the final flats and houses. For your information the handover went extremely smoothly and was well organised by the site team which is a credit to Stirlands.
In respect of Sandbrook again please pass on our thanks to Keith Short and the team who offered high quality flats with only a few outstanding items in the disabled units which, to be fair have been requested at a very late stage. Again the handover went extremely smoothly and was very well organised by site which again is to the credit of Stirlands.
On a personal note the quality at handover for both schemes was some of the best I have experienced”
